Boiler Plant

In a similar fashion to Diesel Generators, we can normally supply whatever parts you need to keep your Boiler plant going. We can provide you with new OEM parts,  alternative parts or ones refurbished by specialist companies. Industrial Gas Turbines

IGT is a very competitive and specialised area. Our strenghts are in Turbine parts reconditioning and remanufacturing, Alternative stock of turbine parts, gearbox repair and remanufacturing, bearings, new or reconditioned nozzles, valves, flame detectors and circuit boards. Our experience is mainly for Rolls Royce Olympus, GE Frames 5, 6 & 7, Pratt & Whitney and Westinghouse.

Part repair & rejuvenation

GCC can provide a part rejuvenation service for used parts that improves the life expectancy of the part to a level that is better than when the part was new. For example if the new original part had a life expectancy of X years, the repair and rejuvenation will provide a part that has the same or improved performance characteristics as the new OEM part, but that has a life expectancy that is more than X years. This is thanks to the metallurgical developments of recent years and a propietary technology for the repair of IGT parts. All this at a fraction of the cost of a new part.

Alternative Parts

There are many companies that make alternative parts. We do not make them, but more than twenty years in business means we know the companies that actually provide the OEM parts and we know also the companies that provide alternative parts that work to really high standards, sometimes even higher than those required the the OEMs.

We can allow you to take advantage of the cost of alternative parts and eliminate the risk associated with using them, because we will only offer you the very best. We want to do business again with you in 5 or 10 years time.

Nozzles

We can provide you with OEM nozzles by using the same manufacturer as the OEM, but without the mark-up of the OEM. We can also in some cases supply you with alternative manufacturer nozzles which are slightly more economical and that sometimes have some improvements.

We also can supply you with an excellent nozzle reconditioning service that is very cost effective.

Bearings

We can provide you with OEM bearings by using the same manufacturer as the OEM, but without the mark-up of the OEM.

Distribution Transformers
